Meet The Support Staff Team

Molly is our Medical Practice Manager. She graduated from The University of Cincinnati, Veterinary Technician Program in 2013 and has been in the Veterinary field for more than 20 years.

Karmen has lived in Maineville since 1994 with her husband, has 3 children, 2 daughter in-laws, 1 son in-law and 5 wonderful grandchildren. Her "family" also consists of 2 Labradoodles "Mortimer" and "Gertrude", and a trouble making cat named “Rudy”.

Monica has loved greeting people and pets at Lebanon Small Animal Clinic since 2008. She is a Reiki Practitioner and Certified Animal Reiki Specialist who enjoys working with essential oils. Monica enjoys adding holistic alternatives to the care of her family and pets.

Kristin grew up in a small South Dakota town, an animal lover from the very start. Her life has been full of travel, including moves to Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Texas, and her family made their way to Ohio in June of 2017.

Savannah grew up in the small town of Clarksville, Ohio. She has always had a passion for helping animals and was drawn to Lebanon Small Animal Clinic for that reason.

Maddy is from Maineville, Ohio and has loved animals all her life. She plans to enroll in an online Veterinary Technician program at Penn Foster in the fall of 2021. She has five cats, Superman, Leo, Brown Cat, Luna, Wednesday and a dog named Sully.

Lindsey is originally from Minnesota but now lives in Mason, Ohio. She currently attends The University of Cincinnati for Veterinary Technology, and is very excited to gain experience in the veterinary field.

Lauren is a Veterinary Assistant at Lebanon Small Animal Clinic. She has been in the field since 2021 and is very passionate about patient care. Lauren believes in creating a positive and comfortable experience for your pet during visits.

Liz is originally from New York. She has over 15 years of experience in the veterinary field. From working in shelters, to raising puppies for service work Liz has done it all. She is known as the German Shepard whisper because she has owned, trained and rescued so many.

Shannon grew up in Mason, Ohio. She has worked in veterinary medicine since 2014 and absolutely loves working at Lebanon Small Animal Clinic. Shannon is Fear Free certified and loves taking care of all the wonderful pets she sees every day.
