Veterinary Travel Certificates
A veterinary travel certificate, known as a Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI) or Veterinary Health Certificate, is an official document that verifies a pet's health and readiness for travel. This certificate is legally required for domestic travel in some states and for international travel to most countries outside of the United States.
Pet health travel certificates are often necessary for air travel. This ensures that all pets have a veterinary examination and a clean bill of health within 30 days of their trip. Here at Lebanon Small Animal Clinic, we provide veterinary examinations and issue travel certificates for pets.
